We believe that your comfort is most important, especially if you’ve been struggling with a failing AC for a while. If we can’t get your system up and running within 24 hours of our arrival, we agree to pay for your stay at a local hotel. No more sweaty nights on our watch!
Letting people into your home can be nerve-wracking, and we want you to feel comfortable when Air Express pays you a visit. We use protective materials to ensure that your home is kept clean, from floor runners to shoe covers. If we don’t clean up after ourselves and leave your home even better than we found it, we will pay for any and all necessary cleaning or repair services.
We hold our technicians and installers to extremely high standards, and we want you to hold them accountable. Our technicians are true professionals: they’re factory-trained, EPA-certified, Puron-certified, and educated on IAQ solutions. In addition, our technicians are drug-free, clean, and respectful, and if they don’t perform 100% to those standards, we want to hear from you. We’ll do whatever it takes to ensure a quality experience for you.
If your air conditioner breaks down during the first two years, leaving you without heating or cooling, we will fix it FREE within 24 hours, including all parts and labor. Further, we will write you a check for $100 per day for your inconvenience for every day your system is not repaired, up to $500 towards any new equipment or service we offer. No frustration, and ultimate peace of mind.
Finding the ideal temperature for your home is important, and we believe in helping you achieve that. If you struggle to get your desired temperature range within five years from your date of service, we agree to make the repairs necessary to remedy the underlying issue.
Our commitment to our customers remains long after the installation date. We proudly extend a lifetime of No Overtime Service Support to all members of our service club! This means that seven days a week, we will deliver our expert service when you want it, not at our leisure. You’ll never pay extra. Over the life of your system, this benefit can add up to hundreds of dollars in future savings.
We offer quality systems from premium manufacturers, such as Amana and Trane, for a reason. However, sometimes systems fail, and we’re prepared for those instances. If the compressor – the heart of your system – fails twice during the first 5 years of operation, we will replace the whole outside unit, with a new one, free of charge to you. Not just the compressor — the whole outside unit! Further, if the heat exchanger – the heart of your new furnace – fails in the first 10 years, we will replace the furnace with a new one, free of charge to you.
We pride ourselves on offering competitive prices for premium service. However, if you find another contractor who quotes a lower price, we agree to refund you the difference — as long as that contractor offers similar guarantees/warrantees. Please note: this guarantee cannot be utilized if the competitor does not have drug-free technicians, a comparable “happy customer” promise, or other such guarantees.
You will save a minimum of 25% on your heating and cooling costs or we will refund double the difference of the savings not realized during the first year.
You, the customer, do not have to bear the responsibility for determining the correct equipment size, type, application, and/or installation procedures. We perform heat-load calculations to ensure that we select the right air conditioner for your needs. The product(s) installed will cool/heat your home to your satisfaction, or be replaced at no charge with the appropriate components.
Air Express guarantees that your HVAC system will work properly. If for any reason, the system does not perform to specifications, we will fix it or refund your money. No excuses.
